Summary

Fylovo processes files only to provide the conversion you request. We do not sell uploaded file contents or use them for advertising.

Files you choose

Supported image conversions may run entirely in your browser, in which case the file is not uploaded to Fylovo. For server conversions, uploaded files are stored outside the public website, processed only to produce the requested result, and automatically deleted within one hour. Files may be temporarily processed by software such as FFmpeg, ImageMagick, LibreOffice, or Tesseract. Do not choose files you are not authorized to process.

Cloud links

If you import a file through a direct HTTPS link, Fylovo uses that link only to retrieve the requested file. The imported copy is protected and expires automatically. Use links intended for direct file access and avoid sharing a link whose permissions are broader than necessary.

Technical data

Our server may process IP address, browser information, request timestamps, security logs, and error logs to operate and secure the service. We retain logs only as long as reasonably needed for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and advertising

Fylovo uses a strictly necessary security cookie to protect file-upload requests. If advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads, subject to consent where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to complain to a data-protection authority.
